Just how many polls do we have for the sexiest body in Hollywood?
Glamour joined the bandwagon as it unveiled its 20 sexiest women in Tinseltown.
“With curves to rival Marilyn Monroe, Scarlett embraces old-school Hollywood style and exudes body confidence. Does she ever have an off day? In a word, no. It seems that curves are in and size zeroes are not the most admired.” The woman magazine wrote.
Does it mean size 0 is out? Compared to Kate Moss, the supermodel is losing every ranking in the media and has landed only on the 20th place.
Following Scarlett is “Sin City” Jessica Alba. The third place went to Gisele Bündchen. Actress Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie finished the top five.
Other stars who made the top 10 include Mischa Barton and Rachel Bilson, Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Brook
Glamour asked 5,000 women to vote for which female figure in the world of celebrity that they found the sexiest. Scarlett Johansson was the No. 1 pick.
According to Scarlett in the recent Vanity Fair issue for she was the cover, “Sex appeal is something that comes out of you. You can force it, but to me what’s really appealing is when someone just exudes sexual energy. Women shouldn’t be forced to conform to unrealistic and unhealthy body images.”
The rest of the top twenty were filled out by, in this order, rival Jessica Biel, Cameron Diaz, Sienna Miller, Gwen Stefani, Penelope Cruz, Kate Winslet, Jessica Simpson, Salma Hayek, Halle Berry, and Kate Moss.
Scarlett was recently spotted with Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds over Easter, who used to date Jessica early in February.
She admits that she keeps her romances privately. The reason: she doesn’t want to go through the pain publicly if it doesn’t work out. When she had an affair with Josh Hartnett she didn’t make a big deal out of the romance.
“To see a relationship end, it’s painful, it’s sad. I don’t feel it’s necessary to let the world know who I’m dating or how it’s going.” She told Seventeen.
Former flame Josh is rumoured to be dating Spanish actress Penelope Cruz. “After a series of secretive dates, the couple is reportedly set to go public with their new romance after planning a holiday together in Turks and Caicos.”

Guys, this might be depressing news to you but Scarlett is bothered by going all the way on her films. Yep, that means you have to be more resourceful in finding a bare Scarlett on the net or whereever.
According to British newspaper Daily Express, Scarlett has now reserved the right to insist on a no-nudity clause in all her contracts.
The sexy actress whose sexy back shielded in a flimsy underwear was broadcast around the world in the opening scenes of “Lost in Translation” fuelled raging hormones among the male public.
According to a source very close to the actress, “Scarlett is still very young, and is aware that the roles she takes are going to set out where her career as an actress takes her in the future. She doesn’t want to fall into the trap of being too controversial or too trashy so nude scenes are out unless she feels they are absolutely necessary.”
It is certainly an irony as she expressed desire to portray the porn actress Jenna Jameson on screen for a possible Oscar nod. Meanwhile, the controversial porn star just had another surgery and rumours are circulating that she’s unhappy with a recent vaginoplasty.
Her autobiography “How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale” spawned a lot of actresses interested to perform the role including Scarlett.

Personally, it always depends on the acting. Some good actresses don’t have to worry on baring all if the role fits. Methinks, Scarlett has a point.

Eric Bana is one of those artists the audience takes a notice after a hundred times peeking at his pictures or scenes. Like his fellow character actor James Caviezel, his acting prowess and attitude plus the good looks could make you admire him. But not to the point where you could project him side by side with the mass appeal of Orlando Bloom or the hard yet charming face of Brad Pitt. Hardly as it seems, actors like him need a pivotal role that could spawn him next to the A-list actors.
When asked about his status as a celebrity: “Yes and no. I get it on a human level, in the sense that everyone wants to know a little bit of gossip, everyone likes to hear something about someone. Recently Scarlett admitted that she struggled acting with Eric. Her co-actor in the new movie “The Other Boleyn Girl.” She said she couldn’t stop looking at his private parts.

Eric plays Henry VIII in the movie and had to wear a codpiece for the part a decorative flap used to cover male genitalia in medieval England. It proved to be too much of a distraction for Scarlett, who plays Mary Boleyn, “We’d be ready to do a scene and I couldn’t look at anything else… I won’t get over that codpiece for a long time. Eric would use it as a tool. He would rest his hands or a cup of coffee on it. People would even lead him around the set by it.” The actress said.

The Fellini film “La Dolce Vita” is a classic. It also spawned the word “paparazzo” from one of its characters, which became the standard term for photographers eager to get a glimpse and earn money from the celebrities.

TMZ reported unlike Giselle Bündchen who isn’t afraid of flashes coming her way, Scarlett attempted to hide herself wrapping her face in a scarf–on a 70-degree day in New York– and blocking her face with a fedora. Or, in this video using a large black umbrella.
TMZ said “ScarJo (referring to Scarlett , of course) tried to sneak out the back door of West Hollywood eatery Il Sole, flanked by an army of bodyguards, all the while hiding behind the umbrella. Johansson then opened her bumbershoot inside the SUV, and remained hidden until the car pulled away. In Scarlett’s defense … it was drizzling.”

The Nanny Diaries [completed, out 2007]

Scarlett plays Annie Braddock, a nanny hired to a rich New York family where she battles their dysfunction while juggling a new romance and a bratty child. Paul Giamatti stars alongside Laura Linney [The Life of David Gale].

I’m assuming Chris Evans [Fantastic Four] is Scarlett’s love interest. Alicia Keys also appears. I’m glad to see Johansson in something funny again alongside some great actors.

The Other Boleyn Girl [post-production, out 2007]

The story of Anne and Mary Boleyn, two sisters who fought for the affection of King Henry VIII. Scarlett plays the eldest sister, Mary, who had an affair with King Henry, played by Australia’s Eric Bana, but was dumped for Anne.

Anne Boleyn, played by Natalie Portman, was later executed for adultery, so expect this movie to be an historical account with some juicy love triangles throughout.

Mary Queen of Scots [pre-production, out 2008]

Scarlett plays Queen Mary I of Scotland. The movie revolves around her tense relationship with her cousin, Queen Elizabeth I of England. No news on co-stars or who’s directing it.

Napoleon and Betsy [announced, probably out 2008]

The story of French Emperor Napoleon who, during his exile in Saint Helena from 1815 to 1821, falls in love with a young British girl. Whilst imprisoned on the island, Napoleon spent much of his time writing his memoirs and dying from stomach cancer.

A disproved historical rumor was that Napoleon was fatally poisoned with arsenic. Will the movie include that, and will Scarlett be his killer? Who’s going to play Napoleon? Danny DeVito?

Amazon [announced, probably out 2008]

Apparently this movie was Scarlett’s idea, who should receive an Oscar for just thinking it up. Johansson suggested it to screenwriters, Alex Kurtzman and Bob Orci, while working on The Island. The pair, who will produce Amazon, hired Dirk Blackman and Howard McCain to write the movie.

Set in 200 BC, Scarlett seeks vengeance against an army that destroyed her Amazonian village. If we get to see Scarlett tough-talking and leather-laced battling the big dogs, all good.

Brilliant [in production, out 2009]

A heist movie starring Scarlett as a jewel thief who teams up with a conman to pull of ‘The Heist of the Century’.

Over the Superbowl weekend, Page Six reports that Leah Remini [from that terrible sitcom, King of Queens] acted a complete bitch towards Scarlett Johansson when she attempted niceties.

According to our witness, “Scarlett politely waved to Leah and said, ‘It’s so nice to see you, how are you?’ Leah gave her a nasty look and said, ‘We’ve never met before,’ and walked off - she was so rude and abrupt. Scarlett just looked confused.”

Where did that come from?

Well, for your information, Leah is a raging Scientologist, and has probably caught wind of Scarlett’s non-interest in the ‘religion’.

Leah also believes that Psychiatry was the birth child of Adolf Hitler, so should we just continue ignoring what she has to say?

When asked about the reported romance with Justin Timberlake in Miami last week, Scarlett was quick to deny anything further than a business relationship.

“We did a music video together and we have a lot of friends in common,” she said to Ryan Seacrest. “The last thing I want to think about is what people think about my personal life.”

Although, that isn’t actually much of a denial.

Wait, there’s no denial at all! Scarlett just danced around that one! And we ALL know what a non-committal response like that means… it’s true!

I don’t think there is any doubt at all now, that this did happen.

While at the Ocean Drive Super Bowl party on the weekend, L Ron Hubbard’s Jesus, Tom Cruise, attempted an impromptu Scientology reading to Ms Johansson.

Apparently shortly after Tom Cruise and stepford wife, Katie Holmes, joined Scarlett backstage, “She bolted,” says a witness. “They got her in an SUV pretty fast.”

We can only speculate that Cruise was trying to enroll Scarlett in his alien fan-club since he tried it in 2005 when she was up for a roll in M:i:III. “[Cruise] took me into this room, which was stifling hot, and was showing me all kinds of info about joining the church,” Johansson told a RadarOnline source at the time.

Tommy may have thought that 2 hour session wasn’t enough to convince Scarlett and so tried again on the weekend.

Apparently the pair hit it off during the filming of Justin’s video for What Comes Around. Now on the weekend things got steamy at a SuperBowl afterparty at Club Makai in Miami.

“They were talking, dancing, holding hands all night - it was very cozy,” say eye-witnesses. “Then, as they left through the back, Justin was leaning against the wall and Scarlett came up, leaned into him and did a sexy, little dance, grinding into his body.”
